Sheeba is a critical thinker with a diverse background. Having worked with a wide
range of industries, she has created focused strategies, developed strong leaders and
built high-performance teams.
Sheeba's experience in Training & Development with Dale Carnegie™, and the
Sandler Sales Institute, along with her own success in Sales, feeds her drive
to always be surpassing objectives. She takes a results oriented approach to
development that is customized, relevant and on going.
Ms. Varghese has been profiled by Regional and National Media. Her involvement as
a Member of the Prime Minister of Canada's Task Force on Women Entrepreneurs,
earned her the cover on Biz Magazine. Sheeba uses her innovative skill base to
champion change and progress. She is fearless in confronting the "tough issues" and
is not shy in challenging beliefs, motives, and perceived barriers to goals.
Sheeba holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, with a minor in Business from Wilfrid Laurier
University. She is a Certified Professional Coach (ACC), who is bilingual in French and
English, and a member of the International Coach Federation. Sheeba has received
comprehensive, formal training from the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and is an
Adler Trained Coach (ATC).
Sheeba has been trained and works with various Assessment Tools and uses the
insights gained from them to inform the work her and her team do. Sheeba and her
family live active lives. She enjoys a very active physical life and incorporates various
exercise programs, including, Body for Life into her regime.
